Inhale Exhale, HK

I am embarking on a project to document the changing urban and natural landscapes of Hong Kong, my native country. With every breath comes the passage of time and accordingly, the passage from the old to the new. When we walk through a city or physical place that's close to our hearts, we marvel; we are enticed by its "breath" or its "air." New York. London. Paris. Tokyo. Hong Kong. With air pollution a major policy problem in Hong Kong, how will the city and its seven million residents respond? Will Hong Kong fight for its standing as a living, breathing city?
